The five guys worked together at a top-secret base on a classified project but become loose ends as the brass tried to hide all proof of the project. They were silenced quickly and permanently. Detail image shows frontal nudity:
Aftermath of a Group Hanging — Each of the five guys had to take a final humiliation while they bounced and kicked attempting in vain to free themselves. Their military boots and clothing–symbols of their dignity– were taken from them. They were left hanging nude in the hot afternoon sun and each man died in searing pain and shame.
Five in the Sand — They are cut down from their ropes and dropped in a pile of flesh and bones and blood resting on the hot sands of the unforgiving desert floor.
